And now, 7th American Idol’s rock star David Cook is releasing his new album on November 18, 2008. Hundreds of Cook fans got a sneak peek at his complete album on Thursday, and they just couldn’t stop talking about it.

David Cook worked together on the new album with Grammy-winning producer Rob Cavallo, (Green Day and Kid Rock). “Light On” was co-written by rocker Chris Cornell, Audioslave lead singer, Soundgarden, and much-admired producer-songwriter Brian Howes. The single is presently available at all digital music providers.

In behalf of David Cook’s victory, some say that he hasn’t been rocking all that much. Rock fans were disappointed when they found out that his new album is mostly composed of love songs and not rock. Some even thought that he would not choose to sing such nonsense of his own free will.

For die-hard fans of the American Idol champ, on the other hand, they promise to support their idol no matter which path he takes on his music career. And to sympathize with them, we also support David Cook on his upcoming album with this rocking David Cook Myspace Layout that we prepared especially for his fans!

David Cook Meets Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling of the Notebook

Monday, August 4th, 2008

It is our favorite American Idol, David Cook, who sang the country’s new national anthem, Always Be My Baby. And tons of fans confessed that his version is way better than the original which is performed by Mariah Carey.

The semi-rock version of the song has brought a different kind of emotion to the melody and words of the composition, making it a new favorite of both the teens and adults alike. What’s more likable to the song is that it reveals a romantic passion without being too mushy just like most of the love songs during the yesteryear!

That is why when David Cook meets Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling – the stars of the movie The Notebook – through the song Always Be My Baby, nothing else could be more perfect in portraying an unconditional affection of 2 persons in love with each other.
