Consisting of Patrick Stump on vocals and guitar, Pete Wentz on vocals and bass guitar, Joe Trohman on vocals and guitar, and Andy Hurley on drums and percussions, Fall Out Boy band introduces emo to both teenagers and adults alike.
Fall Out Boy is formed by Joe and Pete in the year 2001 when the ‘emo’ scene is still sizzling hot. With the influence of Green Day, The Smiths, and Descendents, Joe and Pete formed the band and released a demo in 2002. They got their name from a concert when the band asked the audience for suggestions for their name. A creative audience member blurted out “Fallout boy” from the hit series ‘the Simpsons’. From then on, the emo rock band was better known for their cool name ‘Fall Out Boy’.
The famous emo band already won a handful of awards for their sheer talent and skills. Their album ‘From Under the Cork Tree’ garnered triple platinum from its over 2.5 million of sales. They made headlines when they topped the Billboard 200 for their well made ‘Infinity on High’ which indeed received a lot of praises. “This Ain’t a Scene, It’s an Arms Race” topped the Pop 100 and became Billboard Hot 100’s number 2.
They definitely got talent and skills which will surely keep them in the top for a while. They are not just a mere bunch of black eyeliner fans; they are rock stars!
